How to Activate Total Wireless on Your Phone

 You can activate your Total Wireless service directly from your smartphone without visiting a store.

Option 1: Activate Using eSIM (Recommended)

If your phone supports eSIM, this is the fastest and easiest option.

Step 1

Connect your phone to a stable Wi-Fi network.

Step 2

Tap Activate or Get Started.

Step 3

Select:

  • Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) or New Phone
  • Keep My Number (to transfer your current number)
  • Get a New Number (if you want a new phone number)

Step 4

Enter your information:

  • Phone Number
  • Account Number
  • Transfer PIN
  • Billing ZIP Code
  • Digital SIM IMEI (IMEI2)

Step 5

Follow the on-screen instructions.

Your eSIM will download automatically.

Step 6

Restart your phone.

After restarting, test:

  • ✅ Phone Calls
  • ✅ Text Messages
  • ✅ Mobile Data
  • ✅ 5G
  • ✅ Hotspot

Option 2: Activate with a Physical SIM Card

If you're using a physical SIM card:

  1. Turn off your phone.
  2. Insert the Total Wireless SIM card.
  3. Turn your phone back on.

  6. Restart your phone when activation is complete.
